1. Export Standards

All rice exported by LDS Foods (Pvt) Ltd meets international food safety and quality standards. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and comply with the regulations of the importing country.

2. Payment Terms

• Standard: 100% advance payment via bank wire (T/T)
• Established partners: Letter of Credit (LC) at sight
• Pricing is quoted in USD and valid for 7 days

3. Shipping & Incoterms

We export under FOB (Karachi Port), CFR, or CIF terms as agreed with the buyer. Full shipping documentation including Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Certificate of Origin is provided.

4. Packaging

Rice is available in 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, and 50kg bags. Custom branding and private labeling is available for bulk orders above 1 container (18–20 MT).

5. Quality Assurance

Every shipment is tested for moisture content, broken grain percentage, foreign matter, and pesticide residue before dispatch. Lab test reports are available on request.

6. Disputes

Any claims on shipment quality must be raised within 14 days of port arrival with supporting inspection reports. All disputes are governed by Pakistan law under Lahore jurisdiction.
